Maybe, but I just don't think Walt's desire to see Jesse dead would be enough to come out of hiding and go on a likely suicide mission.

Agreed. Heisenberg saves him one last time. Walt hit bottom with the Jane confession and kidnapping. That was the lowest he could go. Jesse was somebody he protected this entire series. He legit cared for him. Family has always been #1, sometimes in an odd way, but always justified in Walt's head. Up to the last moment he was willing to save hank and sacrifice all that he earned to spare him. Jesse turned on him. Sky and Jr are against him. Hank is dead. Taking Holly was an impulse just to keep one last morsel of what he held dear with a baby who wouldn't know the evil he perpetrated. But he knew it was wrong. He knows his mere presence will hurt everybody now. So he's gone on the first step towards redemption. Something happens to bring him back, and I think it's something that brings us full circle.

I think the blue meth leads him to draw the conclusion that Jesse is alive. Saul's call that we hear is a red herring. Maybe his family is in danger now, but I don't think anybody cares about them if they have Jesse cooking and this is 6-9 months later. I'm interested to see how much immediate fallout we see, whether Heisenberg is really public now, and whether we see any of Walt's NH existence before his return.

I'm seriously contemplating skipping the Steelers game next week.

I think the ship has sailed on getting them the cash. Walt made sure to threaten her in his call to ensure that they'd be taken care of in witness protection. At least that's how I saw it..

Witness protection from who? I don't know who the DEA could have a case against that Skyler can help with (once Walt's dead from cancer).

 
I think what happens next with the SD card will have a role in how things play out. Does Marie find it before the Nazis? If so, does she turn it in or keep it to protect Skyluhr? Do the Nazis wreck Marie's house or even threaten her if they don't find it where Jessie said it is?

Todd learned the recipe from Walt directly, and Walt doesn't know that the blue meth is now yellow. So why would the presence of blue tell him anything about Jesse being alive?

Heisenberg couldn't have done everything himself. He needed an organization. The DEA has no idea of the extent of it and what lengths they would go to to protect Heisenberg and themselves. People saying the DEA have no clue about Lydia and the Nazis aren't factoring in that with 2 dead DEA agents they'll want to burn the entire thing to the ground wherever it leads them. They will find them.

The Nazis and Lydia were begging him to cook. It wasn't because Todd needed a vacation.

Yeah, that's probably the most believable angle I've heard yet about the machine gun. I certainly don't picture him going in Jack Bauer style and taking them all out, but the Scarface references seem to make some sense. I don't know how fans would react if the show ends with him going in to shoot them, he kills three or four, they kill him, and the show fades to black.

Walt is Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde

Dr. Jekyll called off the Nazi's to try and save Hank's life, even going to far as to offer 80 million dollars to save his life.
Mr. Hyde telling Jesse about Jane and turning him over to the Nazi's.
Mr. Hyde took Holly.
Dr. Jekyll returned Holly and tried to clear Skyler as much as he could.

IMHO Mr. Hyde blames Jesse for Hank's death, how much longer until Dr. Jekyll realizes that Jesse would not of even been in that situation if Walt has not kept manipulating him, exploiting Jesse's need for a father figure.
 
Oh crap.... I just realized something that you guys probably already figured out (and I didn't watch the preview for next week, no clue if it was in there or not, but....)

Jesse gave up the location of the CD. Wasn't it in Hank's house? We have no idea how long Todd tortured Jesse for, but it seems like there's a good chance the Nazis go to the house and Marie is there. That could be a very dark way to begin next week's episode.

For her sake, I hope they went there when she was over at Skyler's. That would involve Jesse giving up the info quickly. But based on how he looked, it seems like they may have been torturing him for awhile. Can only imagine how we'll feel if the show opens up with the Nazis entering the house and running into Marie.

 
I'm still rooting for Walt and hoping Jesse dies.

Walt breaks bad to the point that I hate him, but then he does something redeemable that brings me back to his side.

Not so with Jesse. He whines, turns rat and has some unexplainable (to me) attachment to Brock.

Agreed. I think the more likely way to kill them is with the ricin than the machine guns, though. I don't know how much poison one needs to ingest, so tough to say whether he tries to put the ricin in something for all of them, or just for Jack.

 
IMO, the Nazi's plan to clear out the rest of the family. Walt's going back to take them out, use the ricin on Lydia andsave Jesse.

 
After sleeping on it I've decided I still feel bad for Walt. Skyler, Junior and Marie can all go.

The show really has been about Walt and Jesse the whole time. It wouldn't be a shock if Walt went back to try and save Jesse and eventually does save him, possibly dying while doing so.

No - there's more bad coming. And I reckon its coming right to Marie in the next episode.

I'm actually rooting for Walt because I feel like he's been all in for a while. He put his mind to something and stuck with it no matter what happened around him. You have to admire that kind of dedication.

Yeah I realized the same thing. They are going to Hank's house for sure. If Marie is there, then trouble is coming.

 
So Todd pulling Jesse out of the cage was a flash-slightly-forward of sorts, right? It seemed as if he'd been down there a lot longer than a day.

It's been said many times but Cranston is absolutely ridiculous in this role. They should name the Best Actor Emmy after him. He was so amazing last night.

This is my thought as well. Marie moves Skylar and the kids to her house. The Nazis come looking for the confession tape and kill all of them, maybe not Holly.

I think Walt uses the note or other means to get his family into witness protection

I think he or Saul somehow get the nazis to believe that the dvd of Jesse's confession is at Walt's

The nazi trash the house looking for it.

knowing tha he will never see his family again and that Junior's view of him is shattered, he decides to go out in blaze of glory and avenge Hank.

The wildcard is Jesse, and maybe that is who the cigarette is for...

He's already given in and told them the location of the tape. It's possible walt disappears, the nazi's wipe out his family, and it takes saul a few months to track him down and get him the information so he can return for revenge.
