I know it is hard to predict the future as far as trades, free agency, teams draft picks ect...

But I was wondering the concensus here on who will have a better career.

Benson was a high pick and I can't imagine seeing both T Jones and Benson in the same backfield come start of next season. I see Benson being a solid 25 touch a game player on the right team, maybe even Chi.

D-Will seems to have hops, and I'm not sure what will happen there next year with Foster, and D-Will in same backfield.

they are different styles of runner, but who would you say has more talent, and better situation next year, and years to come.

wow...you could have posted this in july, 2006. amazing how virtually none (sans gore/barlow) of the RBBC situations sorted themselves out this season. i really don't know what to make of the bears or panthers situation. i would probably lean more toward an interest in deangelo, just based on foster's talent vs. jones talent.

Benson has a better chance of not being in RBBC next year. I think Williams is a better runner, but Foster will likely still be there.

For 2007 I'd say that it's Benson. He looked pretty good in his increased role by the end of the season and will probably see more carries than Williams. However, I still think that Williams is more talented than Benson and will be a better longterm RB.
