FWIW, I'd probably take all but 2 pitches taken before Trout.  And Trout would be lower top 5 position players overall (possibly 5th)

I don't think he'll totally collapse but I sure wouldn't trade Trout (or Arenado) for him.

I think fading Trout was the weirder part of Koya's comment. Very possible Arrieta's 2nd half was a blip on the radar last year and he's a steal that late. But what's not to love about Trout?
