I was just going to ask that....Let's assume that Gannon is questionable for next week and nothing serious is wrong with him. Do you think it's Collins job next week and then on? I mean it's not like Gannon has been horrible the past couple of weeks. Should be interesting.......well I guess it is time for Gannon to claim his spot on the bench..
Collins is a much better fit to the stretch-the-field passing game that the Raiders want to run. Gannon is a better West Coast quarterback which they used to run. I don't think Collins is going to light it up tonight (he's looked a bit rusty and not totally in sync with the recs so far) but I do think it will be an improvement down the road. And with K Rob stinking it up I can use all the WR help I can get.Anybody for bumping Porter if Gannon stays out?
Gus Frerotte meets wall, take 2!Mother ####er. Started Gannon this week with Pennington on bye. What a stupid stupid play. He had to know that he wasn't going to get in the endzone. WHy not slide there? Did Gannon really think that he was gonna run over Derrick Brooks?
They announced he's getting X-rays on his back. Old fool should know better.
This Curry kid is going to be a player
Let's not rush to that decision. Curry only has 1 catch this game...albeit it was for a TD. But Porter does have 4-62 with a lot more looks so far.Gus Frerotte meets wall, take 2!Mother ####er. :rotflmao:I think I saw a butterfly land on that pass before Buchanon picked it.Warm it up Chris
all they need is the orange and white uniforms and they are setWOW this is like the bucs of old. They suck again.
LOL. But even a genius needs something to work with. The Bucs having a "3 yards and a cloud of dust offense" has never been truer than right now. Summerall called it right for once. What you guys don't seem to understand is that this game is FAR from over. Gruden is a genius after all. Just ask him.
I believe this offense, or what they have to work with as you put it, is a product of Gruden. He's had input on personnel decisions. Gruden has created (or helped create) this monster of an offense.LOL. It would be interesting to see how this offense would be with Galloway and McCardell. Obviously Clayton, Brown, Schroeder and Lee just can't get it done. Gruden is one stubborn mother####er...he needs to put Simms in.No:McCardellI believe this offense, or what they have to work with as you put it, is a product of Gruden. now GarnerI agree the offense is horrible, and some of it can be blamed on Gruden, but certainly not all of it.
And Warren Sapp doesn't in a Raider uni?Tim Brown just looks wrong in a Buc uniform.
yeah, that really sucks. liked how he said earlier that even though he's now a Raider, he still thinks he's a Buc.And Warren Sapp doesn't in a Raider uni?Tim Brown just looks wrong in a Buc uniform.
Not as much. Didn't TB change their uniforms about 5 years ago? So Sapp's already worn 2 different jerseys for about 5 years each. Timmy had worn the Silver and Black for 16 years. If there is a "current" player that you associate with the Raiders, it's Tim Brown.Just like Rice (to some degree) still looks odd not being in a SF jersey. And Warren Sapp doesn't in a Raider uni?Tim Brown just looks wrong in a Buc uniform.
It was only a gift for Timmy. Don't worry, it won't be a habit.HOLY ####, THEY SCORED! LOOK OUT WORLD!![]()
Bidwell is punting for TB. Lechler and the Raiders punting team has yet to see the field.I don't think anyone would care since this doesn't affect fantasy teams, but what happened to Shane Lechler? Why is this Josh Bidwell fellow punting for my SIlver and Black?
