C Sutton VS J Jeudy / which one eats in 22? (1 Viewer)

The Show

How does everyone see the targets and end of year numbers shaking out with Russ at the helm this year? Is Sutton the Metcalf to Jeudy’s Lockett? Or does Patrick eat in too much to make either of these 2 viable starters in fantasy?

I think they'll both have good games but fewer than DK/Lockett did, ultimately frustrating both owners. I see Wilson going back to spreading the ball around like his early days in Seattle.

I think Sutton and Jeudy could both be top-20 WRs, but both will likely be inconsistent.

ETA: If forced to pick 1, I'd pick Sutton.

In all seriousness, Tim Patrick put up 6-113-1 on the road against the Jets in 2020, ironically. Sutton was out for the year.

That sounds like a Sutton type of line and they are now at home. However the new DB's that NYJ have are pretty tough.

I'm guessing Sutton's 5-60 and Jeudy 3-30.

Jets DL is playing better than it has since maybe 2008. If Rypien isn't the type to get the ball out of his hands fast, they'll be in his face all day IMO.

Don't undersell Sauce on Sutton

I don't think anybody is doing that. D.J. Reed and Sauce are going to give them problems -- potentially. The Jets are so new to being expected to be good that I don't know even how to handle it as a Jets fan. I would imagine Sauce gets Sutton and Reed gets Jeudy. The Denver OL will come into play, because the Jets are vastly improved up front on defense, too. The weakness might be their linebacking corps.

We'll see what happens. I'm eagerly awaiting the game, nervous as heck.
