**Cardinals at Dolphins**(-4.5, 46) 1:00 (1 Viewer)

Cards +4.5 but I root for the Phins and won't make a projected score.
Rooting for Tua to not get hurt again this week, will be the remaining feelings I have for him the rest of the season this year
We are just 1 big hit away from another ambulance on the field and the end of his career
I thought we already were looking at that vs Buffalo but he's back

What QBs go on Injured Reserve over concussions that you can recall in the last 5-10 years?

Zona flying cross country to play in South Florida, that's scary
Tua back for The Home Team, please don't hit your head, that would be beyond scary.
Tuia will give The Fins a lift on offense.
Kyler and Connor could keep it close.
But...

Scary Home Team Mammals- 30
Scary Visitng Red Birds- 23

Interesting stat for the Kyler Murray supporters and investors
Miami ranks #1 vs opposing Quarterbacks in FF with a league low of just over 11 points per game

Will Murray and the Cards push that average way up today?
No the fan boy in me wants to take Miami which is why you shouldn't bet on your team

Does feel like Tyreek Hill is going to get back on track today
Arizona gives up a TON to FF points to opposing Wide Receivers

Miami was able to block 2 passes at the LOS with Ramsey and Campbell, interesting start
Miami looks like a different team so far

I love what Tua brings to the offense, I just pray he doesn't get hurt, it's a terrible feeling as a Miami fan

There is nothing Tua can do to harm the offense more than being unavailable on Sundays
This team looks so different when he is out there
Miami must invest in a young QB in the next Draft no matter who it is, they need to groom a permanent back up
And they should always be looking for young arms they can pay on the cheap and surround with talent, maximizes what McDaniel can do as a Head Coach, being honest

Eskridge is better than OBJ. Only 2 touches, but he's much quicker and a better slot WR option. This is more of an indictment of OBJ.

A good catch by Jonnu for a first, then a drop. Miami, a TD, a FG, then a punt. I've seen this game before.

I think Mostert and Wright should be used more, they break more tackles than Achane.

Felt like I had to play Tua over Daniels today even with him "expected to play" but it wasn't for certain and Tua had a cakewalk matchup while Daniels had a tough one.

Not great Bob so far

Could’ve started Bo over Kyler and Tua in like all my leagues. They’re both putting up Bo-like points right now lol.

Achane and Tua are back !!!!!!!!!

Missed you both so much (well if felt like Achane was gone while Tua was gone)

At Hard Rock with my dad. What’s great game this has turned out to be. We are locals that root for the NYG. Rooting for the local Phins today with the crowd.

Murray magic on 3rd down. He's made some great runs and throws under pressure. The right move is to let them
Score.

Miami up to draft pick 1.06. A loss is better long-term. A respectable loss.
I was at the game.....Tua was more than adequate today......this defense is just filled with holes and soft up the middle. We also have a CB in Ramsey who is washed. Poyer is washed.....useless. When Holland went down the floodgates opened over the middle in the run game and passing game. And oh....we are gonna lose Holland....we have no money for him.

Tua looks rusty, his timing was off on several easy throws he normally makes. But the OL did a great job (amazingly) giving him plenty of time to read and scan the defense. He was very hesitant to go downfield all day. Being at the game we could see everything. Many times yesterday...Waddle was wide open....and not being targeted at all. So many times I saw Waddle slanting and crossing free....and his frustration was visibly apparent with Tua not getting him the ball on several occasions.

Hopefully that starts changing...whether it's Waddle or Hill, Smith, Eskridge (get OBJ the hell off the field...he is washed beyond washed) or Washington. Tua will start throwing it downfield instead of dinking and dumping it off all day. While some of those were the right plays...he did miss several chances at some nice chunk plays with Waddle and Hill. Also The one deep ball he tried near the end of the half? Horrible throw. Nothing on it.

Anyway we are certainly better with Tua....you don't need to be a brain surgen to know that. But we are stuck in mediocrity purgatory with him. Good enough to win 9...maybe 10 games? give or take but not good enough to go deep into the post season.

That for me as being a fan since 1975.....it's just....ugh. I know this is the case....it's being proven each season. And I have my serious doubts he can stay healthy each season....something else that has been proven in 5 seasons now.

As far as McDaniel he is tacrtically an awful coach with no concept of time management or play calling adjustments.....it's really bad now. And he was extended along with Tua.

Oh well.......whatever. This is what it is.

Go Dolphinds (not really....I secretly want losses every week so we can fire this staff and front office and start over with another QB drafted in 2025 even if he has to sit behind Tua for a season or two....just take another QB....Tua is not the long term answer)

That 2020 draft is still screaming at us. And sticks out like a sore thumb.

Noah Igbinoghene with a really bad PI for the Commanders yesterday that should have cost them.
Cam Smith finally has enough snaps (35) for a PFF grade. Guess what - his coverage grade is 189th/199 CBs! It's still early. Was this a Grier Jr pick and an attempt to get his son involved as a scout?

Disagree about Ramsey, he should've tracked MHJ all day, instead of Cam who covered him on some late completions. PFF has Ramsey at 27th/200 CBs in coverage and 18th overall. Great in run defense (6/200). Ramsey isn't elite anymore, but he's he's still good. The BUF fans told us about Poyer, he's lost several steps especially in coverage.

The 2024 draft class could be worse, Chop and Patrick are projects. Wright is good, but was it worth giving up a 2025 3rd round pick (likely a high 3rd round pick) for one of the most replaceable positions?

Grier hasn't been bad at everything (drafting Hunt, WIlkins, AVG & FA Brooks), but if we end up drafting top 5, does Ross finally go in another direction? The Tua extension was called out by Barry Jackson at the time, this is not all hindsight. That was one of his biggest mistakes.

The defense is so disappointing given where we thought we were a year ago with so many playmakers. Philips, Chubb, Wilkins, Ramsey, Holland, Van Ginkel. Alongside an offense that was electric and clicking, it really seemed like we were on the verge of something special.

Then with the offensive playmakers too, just playmakers all over the field. At least on paper.

Just crazy to see such a catastrophic dropoff on both sides of the ball. We know what happened with the offense but by the end of this year we'll probably have gone from 6 difference making playmakers to zero having any kind of impact. Just brutal.

We are going to lose Holland. He has made some good picks.

Wilkens
Holland
Van Kinkel

All gone.

Extends Tua and Waddle…..I disagree on the PFF grade on Ramsey. Using my eyes he has been getting roasted in key moments.

It’s a mess man. The teams 5 year window is up imo…..time to rebuild again.

They stunk last season on offense in December and January.....the defensive tumble was due to the injuries.

But think about this......heading into that Dallas game we really thought we had a legit top 5 defense (we did) then Phillips goes down, then McD leaves in Chubb in a massacre at Baltimore and he blows his knee out.....we lose Van Kinkel and Wilkins and here we are with an offense that can't do anything vs winning teams.

It was another Dolphins facade.

Blow it up......seriously....blow it up...fire the entire front office and Coaching staff and start over. This is not a Super Bowl Caliber organization. And being at the game yesterday I can confirm we may have the dumbest fanbase in all of football. Embarrassingly stupid folks.
