It was a great catch, but Poyer should have tried to make a play on the ball instead of going for the hit.Really nice throw and catch there for the TD. Not much else the D could've done.
I'm guessing that blown-up running play was on Logan Thomas, because it looked like McCoy was screaming at him as Allen was getting tackled. But your point remains.I am astonished as to just how bad this online is...
52 million dead money... I guess that's what you.. get?
They have the least amount of money spent on the O-line in the league. And the margin between them and the 2nd lowest spender is like 30%.I am astonished as to just how bad this online is...

Yeah, Thomas whiffing on a block against a safety is inexcusable.I'm guessing that blown-up running play was on Logan Thomas, because it looked like McCoy was screaming at him as Allen was getting tackled. But your point remains.
That's what I was thinking too. Seems like he didn't go after the ball aggressively, possibly afraid to draw a penalty in today's NFL.It was a great catch, but Poyer should have tried to make a play on the ball instead of going for the hit.
I was actually sitting on my couch here saying "well, Jerry Hughes looks like a bright spot today because he's consistently beating Russell Okung." So what do they do on the very next play on 3rd and long? They drop him into coverage, give Rivers like 6 seconds in the pocket, and he finds Mike Williams for a first down. So stupid.Just pathetic. Bills send 6 on 3rd and 12 and can't get put pressure on Rivers.
Ed Oliver and Harrison Phillips gonna be a force on the DL for years to come.I think now is an appropriate time to ask what the Bills will do with the #1 overall pick in 2019.
Refs must have confused him with Jerry Hughes. That's a preposterous penalty.
Yeah, I'm not really sure what the refs saw to give the Chargers the ball there. But no way was it being overturned then either. How does Buffalo come out with the ball but yet... The Chargers get the.. reecoovveryy...?
Ok.
Rivers throwing at him every play, and it's working.Edmunds looking really exposed in coverage here. Caught flat-footed on the last TD throw, and took a terrible angle on that Allen catch.
The defense had their terrible moments but also had some respectable games. I have some faith that they'll be able to right that ship at some point.I mean, the Bills were not a good team last year. They lucked out to win a couple of games that they probably shouldn't have and accidentally backed into the playoffs, but they weren't really a "playoff team." That said, this team is so much worse than last year's squad. It's like we took 17 steps backward.
Well, the Bills only have 3 healthy CBs right now. They should be running nickel or dime every play but don't have the personnel to do so. Expecting Edmunds to be covering guys like Gordon or Keenan Allen so often is just beyond stupid.Rivers throwing at him every play, and it's working.
Yeah, a better throw earlier and that's an easy TD.I want to say nice throw... But... Jones made a good adjustment
