Seems like a good year to wait as there are lots of guys who potentially fall into this category. I've read some good things about Everth Cabrera. Juan Pierre could return to glory. Raj could swipe 70. Who do you like?

The cheapest of Bourn, Borbon, Morgan, Rajai, and Pierre - in that order. I won't be the first to jump on one of them so I will probably end up with Morgan or Pierre more often than not, if I end up with any of them. Ideally I'll draft well enough to not have to get a no power/all speed OF in the mid rounds.

I'm targeting Evereth and Alcides at SS assuming I can't get Hanley or Reyes and Elvis and Asdrubal go earlier than I feel comfortable, when one goes I hope to get the other.

Pierre is going about 100 picks later than Bourn in most mocks. Solid value there.

I dont like the fact that the Nats are asking him to start sliding feet-first since he broke his hand last year sliding head-first.
