**Chiefs at Vikings** (+3.5, 52.5) 4:25 Kickoff (1 Viewer)

What an awful sequence of officiating. CLEARLY pass interference, and it is not debatable, if a player takes his helmet off on the field of play, it is a 15 yard penalty. I realize the Vikings do not get a first down for the latter, but it is still a rule.

Live, I saw a lot of contact, but WR wasn't looking for the ball, nor was he trying to move inside. Then the ball landed a full five yards away...to the inside, where the DB clearly had the ideal positioning. I didn't like it live, and apparently the zebras agreed.

And the taking the helmet off?

shoulda been called, but would have changed nothing as it was post possession

A lot of contact 20 yards downfield that isn't a PI is what again? Oh yeah... still a flag for illegal contact. Either way you want to chalk it up it was terrible officiating. Add that to the clear video of the ref telling the KC DB to put his helmet back on without a flag..... don't know what else to say.

All of these losses are still on the Vikings. Every loss has been one possession and they are -9 in the turnover column. Defense gives up massive game changing plays, Hockenson has more balls go through his hands than Lance Bass, and the coach is really struggling with game management. So frustrating to watch.

I have to admit I am a little jealous. My team (Broncos) has won three Super Bowls in the last three decades, but they've never gotten the Jordan treatment from the officials the way the Chiefs do. You have to feel bad for NFL teams who go in knowing that the Chiefs are hard enough to beat already and then have to do it knowing that critical calls in the clutch will inevitably not go your way.

The NFL is stupid and getting worse.

Let these guys play football and quit “influencing”. After watching college football the NFL is a worse product.
