Chili Name? (2 Viewers)

We have a chili cook off at work tomorrow. I’m not very creative. I need a good name for a chili entry. Schtick welcomed.

If it helps, this is basically the recipe I’m using with a few tweaks: Recipe

I am in a group with 3 other friends that enter a chili cookoff every year.  We have a Beatles themed booth so most of our chili names come from the names of Beatles songs:

Let It Bean,  Eleanor Rigbean, Sgt. Chili Pepper, Brisket to Ride (brisket chili), etc.

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Judge Smails’ Chili!
Made it last year and it wasn’t appreciated as much as it should have been.

Not really loving this recipe either though. The meat didn’t get browned enough trying to sauté it in the Instapot, the tomato purée I used left a bit of a metallic taste, and there just isn’t enough depth to the flavor.

fwiw, I’ve stopped trying to brown meats in my Instapot. I do it on the stove then add to the pot

instapot chili?

im team crockpot chili

8 hours atleast
Yeah, it was a function of wanting to participate but not really having an entire day this week to spend doing it right. So I tried the Instapot way figuring it’s usually a good way to infuse flavors pretty quickly. Definitely lost depth of flavor doing it that way though. Not a fan.
