Relax, people. Oggy Bon Yenobi is going to go off and make a lot of owners happy in the process. I am starting him over Ray Rice.
Did you watch last weeks game? The guy looked like he came from the practice squad. You are crazy to sit Rice for him.
Just joshin' - I would never sit Rice. But I am planning to start him at flex, over my other (relatively unsavory) options.

Browns | Peyton Hillis expects to play Thu Nov 3, 04:11 PMCleveland Browns RB Peyton Hillis (hamstring) said he expects to play in Week 9 after making to through practice Thursday, Nov. 3, without any problems. Our view: The Browns need Hillis back on the field to help their offense move down the field. If he starts then 'Silent G' Chris Ogbonnnaya will play in a reserve role.Soooo....start with caution. might be a gate time call.
Bump Silent G... Hillis rumored to go on IRhttp://forums.footballguys.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=621665&pid=13763953&st=0entry13763953G is for greatness.. Just ask George Braisher .. 1961http://www.businessinsider.com/green-bay-packers-g-on-their-helmet-2011-2

That's what I'm afraid of too. Getting sucked into Ogbo over T. Jones this week. I guess you have to weigh a full time starting gig and the greater carries potentially associated with that over someone splitting, but also the talent gap factors in. This is really a tough call. I'm tempted to side on Ogbo getting his 10 points (he's hit this the past 2 weeks) vs. TiJones being in that 2 points or 18 points range. He could go either way. Oak at home vs. Denver, no DMC is very tempting. The Ogbo hope is that he catches about 6+ passes as they trail by a lot.
In the same boat. Going Ogbo over Taiwan for the "guaranteed" touches.

Due to byes and injuries, I'm choosing between Ogba and Addai for the RB2 slot. Going with OBGYN just because of the projected touches. I'll be ecstatic with 60-70 yds and a chance for a TD.

This thread is an instant classic. OBGYN for the win!

Luckily I don't have to start him this week... but I definitely picked him up w/ the Hillis saga going on.

Well outside of the fumble, he himself doesn't look too bad. But the OLine is leaving no room to run. He should have quite a bit more yardage if it wernt for bad blocking.

So does this excuse Hardesty and Hillis when healthy...son rocked a 2.0 avg. against his old team...so much for motivation.

Yea, Lol. I still had hope for him in the 21nd half. And then the Browns somehow got worse.

I wasn't supprised by his lack of production last week but picked him up looking ahead to this week vs. the Rams.

Just wondering what some of your expectations are for him against a bad team.

I agree, but I don't track the Browns outside of DQ on defense. Is there any reason to believe Hardesty will be back at all this year and resume the RB duties by default? How bad is his injury? How bad are his playoff prospects?

Shurmer has ruled Hillis out per KFFL...

Ogbonnaya gets another start against Jax this week. He did pretty well last week 19/90 and 2/20, against a pretty weak St Louis Defense. To people that watched the game, how did he look? Anyone think he can build on this performance and repeat these numbers?

Ogbonnanna has looked so good, you would have to think Hillis and Hardesty will have an uphill battle to get touches when they do get healthy. Very impressed. He's a calming influence out there and I think McCoy and Shurmur appreciate what he brings to the offense.

From what I saw, he looked very pedestrian and rarely made people miss.

hmm..his ypc would suggest he's doing something right, though I admittedly haven't seen any of his game. interested to see what others think though.

He's been more productive than Hardesty and its clear that Hillis does not really ever want to take another snap for the Browns again.

Browns | Montario Hardesty runs Wed Nov 16, 04:16 PM

Cleveland Browns RB Montario Hardesty (calf) did some running Wednesday, Nov. 16. He ran sprints at half speed and did some agility exercises as well.

Our view: Browns head coach Pat Shurmur is optimistic that Hardesty can play this weekend against the Jaguars. If he does play then it will negatively impact the fantasy value of 'Silent G' Chris Ogbonnnaya.

Some said he looked pedestrian and this comment seems the only one that says he looked good. From the highlights he looked good, but that's cause they were highlights. I am curious though, that even if he is pedestrian, Hardesty has looked similarly unimpressive so I do not know who gets the edge here.

21 carries for 115 yards and a TD this week, 2 for 19 receiving. Excellent numbers in what people were saying was a tough matchup. I picked him up off waivers as I'm killed with byes this week so I was just hoping for about 80 yards, and didn't expect to be thinking about using him going forward. Would appreciate hearing how he looked beyond the numbers. Thanks.

I know a lot of people are down on him, but IMO he has has looked superior to Hardesty in every way since day 1 with the Browns. Today was probably his best game of the year so far, going against a very respectable defense. Hardesty may be back next week, but I don't think he's going to put Ogbonnaya on the bench

this guy is the factor back CLE has been looking for. They waive bye bye to Hillis...
I don't know about all that, he's serviceable but I don't think he's a feature back. At least not one you build and offense around, which is what Cleveland seems to want to do.

Holy Run-On Sentence, Batman!

Boogie Woogie said he refocused in the second half and hit the holes hard. We'll see if he can keep it up though.

What are this guys' prospects moving forward? With Hardesty's return looming on the horizon, and possibly Hillis later on, Can this fella put up atleast 10pts every week? Given his tough schedule moving forward as well? Or will the situation in CLE turn into a RBBC with this guy and hardesty?

The reason I ask is I can sell high on this guy this week and acquire a decent QB for the playoff push in a 20-team league. Right now I have Rex Grossman. Is it worth keeping Ogbo in the flex?

So after today's game what do we think about him? Mostly interested in dynasty implications but he looked like an after thought with Hillis healthy.

Your not going to know anything on that front until you know whats going on with Hillis and Hardesty. Silent G is third on the Browns RB depth chart and unless something happens to change that I dont see a lot of value.
