• Redskins RB Clinton Portis (hip) is listed as questionable, but practiced fully on Friday. Coach Jim Zorn was happy with his movement, and says he will start on Sunday.

why list him as questionable? I have seen nothing at all to indicate he doesn't play. Sounds like "probable" to me.

hey, there was one post in the thread. Thought I'd just post what I 411 I find and let the people decide. But FWIW you are wrong. Even if "starting" that he missed practice wed/thursday and was limited in practice Fri is relevant.

Redskins inactives: QB Colt Brennan (3rd), WR Malcolm Kelly, CB Shawn Springs, RB Ladell Betts, G Jason Fabini, T Chad Rinehart, DE Erasmus James, DE Rob Jackson.

Analysis: RB Clinton Portis is active and will start, as expected. RBs Rock Cartwright and Shaun Alexander will back him up with Betts out. CB Fred Smoot will start for Springs, which is good news for Browns WR Braylon Edwards.
