I am not sure anyone really knows what anyone is thinking at this point. The Titans would benefit by waiting until we get closer to the draft if there is more than one team attempting to move up. Or maybe they are head over heels for Ward. Regardless if the Giants wanted to move up they were smart to have a contingency plan.
