**Colts at Texans**(-5, 45.5) 1:00 (3 Viewers)

Scary divisional game in scary Houston.
How scary will this one get?
If The Texans lose that would be very scary for them.
If The Colts lose that would be even scarier for them.
Still no Nico for Houston, that's scary.
C.J. has been pretty normal this year, that's scary.
A.J. is back for The Colts, which team is that more scarier for?
Scary game.
But...

Scary Texans- 26
Scary Colts- 20

Not saying the Colts will win, but they are getting healthy. Both Buckner and Taylor are back.
How good or bad is the IND defense? They stopped Willis, Levis, and Huntley. But Caleb, Lawrence and FIELDS had 300 yard games.
They have had a lot of injuries on defense the whole year. I believe once healthy they can bring pressure on the QB. Their run defense has been much maligned this year and rightfully so, but injuries to the DL have hurt that as well. Will they get eat up by Stroud today? Perhaps, but I think they are in a better position defensively than they were. It may not matter unless they can bottle up Joe Mixon and get pressure on Stroud. A lot of "IFs" there. The Colts do have injuries on the OL with Ryan Kelly and that hurts the run game. Braden Smith has been banged up but should play.

I'm rolling with Caleb Williams, my #2 QB, over Stroud until Nico comes back and the Texans figure out pass protection for blitzes. I'm also debating Lockett over Dell, I'm not sure he's as good as I thought.

Don't like seeing Mixon trying to leap defenders and helicoptering in the air. Thankfully didn't look too bad even though he went to sideline after that

Even if the Texans know it's coming, Colts need to give the ball to Taylor every touch. AR is like 1 for 7 after 2 drives with the only completion a dump off to Taylor who juked multiple defenders for 12 yards.

Every Texans game you will see at least 1 or 2 wide open opposing team WR with majority the QB overthrew them. Wild how they never seem to coach that to not happen. That's bottom level coaching to ignore repeated f ups expecting for some reason for them to just go away.

If Kenyon Green isn't benched after that series...
With who?
Anyone
Quick, name a backup without looking one up.

Last few years they've usually kicked the RT Tytus Howard to guard and put the whoever the swing tackle is in at RT. Instead of one big major hole, they end up with two below avg spots. Always annoys me because Howard has an expensive contract and is just OK at RT in the first place.

Could move Scruggs to guard and Patterson at center as they did last year. But Scruggs better at center

Pitre ran into another guy leaving Downs wide open for the TD. Edit: crossing pattern creating a pick that Pitre should have seen coming

He's another guy like Damien Pierce who was a stud their rookie season and a massive disappointment ever since then

Sometimes it is better to be lucky than good I had to bench Higgins in many leagues this morning in 2 of them I put in Downs for him

And another one but this time AR bad pass. Should have been a TD Pierce.

Lol sideline reporter talking about the o'line coach getting on Green to do better as he literally almost gives up another sack in the live play
