I know this was talked about a ton last year when the new concussion guidelines were set in the middle of the season last year, but then the issue seems to have dropped off the map.
Would this be something that would have to be done in the CBA or just by owner vote?
If it is by choice of management, has the ship sailed on the owners approving it for the 2010 season?
