I've used red light and I've used cups but never together. Can't say either was all that effective. Old fashioned stretching and a foam roller work better for me long term. It's possible there was some acute short term relief though.Is anyone using on of these at home electronic cupping red light massagers? If so, is it effective at reducing pain or increasing blood flow?

You can get a full set of cups for cheap on Amazon to try first to see if it's worth the extra money for the red light set. I'm guessing the red light aspect of this set is mostly providing gentle heat and not much of a NIR effect.
