I dont know if this is cause im drunk, but it seems like a bad Leinart sucks and

Cutler rules poll.

what is the fantasy value of this thread?

Fairly predictable answers, at least from me:

Leinart first, Cutler now.

Cutler the best stats in 2010.

Young the most wins in 2010 (CJ on his team helps a bit!)

Leinart out of the league first.

Same except the last qustion, I think Cutler will be gone first. Idk why...kid just rubs me wrong.

The Shark Pool is so comically wrong on Leinart it actually brings me joy to see these poll results.

Guppy central.

Cutler then...undecided between Young and Cutler now.

Cutler's definitely having the best 2010 fantasy season.

Question 3 is a stupid one, teams win games not QB's.

Probably Leinart, but he's the type that could linger around as a backup for a while a la David Carr. I will say he's the first to lose a starting job though.

I just traded cutler for gore so I can pair him with ray rice and peterson.
I picked up Cutler as a RFA because his owner didn't match about 14 bucks(don't remember but it wasn't a lot). I too have Rice but only Shone Greene and Pierre Thomas to go with him.Who are your QB's? I would have kept Cutler I think with those backs? Is it PPR?

I'm indecisive I guess but...

On Draft Day 2006, which of these three quarterbacks did you think was the best of the three? Who do you think is the best of the three now?
I was torn between Leinart and VY. Had thought Leinart was the safe choice but VY intrigued me and I thought his upside was off the charts as far as his value to a team, not his stats. Now, I think VY is doing what he's capable of and he means a lot to his team but Cutler is the better pure QB.
Which player will have the best fantasy year in 2010? (FBG scoring)
I'm not sure about FBG scoring but if it's 4 pts per TD passing, 6 rushing, with a decent negative for INTs, I'll go VY. Otherwise it's Cutler.
Which player will have the most wins in the 2010 season?
VY, he'll win the Super Bowl*
Which player will be out of the league first?
Voted Leinart but rethinking it I'm leaning VY.* - barring long term holdout or injury to CJ.

I remember there being more support for Young on Draft Day in 2006 than is being reflected in this poll, but it's interesting how many people are still onboard the Leinart train.

According to his projections, Maurile Tremblay is predicting Leinart to have 260 more yards passing than Cutler, have more completions than Cutler, and more fantasy points than Cutler and Young in the 2010 season, so clearly there are smart people who think a breakout year is coming. Tremblay's calling for Leinart to have 8 more touchdowns THIS YEAR than he has had in his career to date.

LHUCKS, too, is obviously a true believer.

Maybe Leinart is just a late bloomer (like Joe Theismann) who will show the world what he really has in 2010.

Warner's influence may show in his play this year maybe you are right.

Or maybe not.

At USC he had pinpoint accuracy in title game against Texas...

CBSSports.com notes that according to Cardinals quarterbacks coach Chris Miller, QB Matt Leinart looked good during the team's mid-May OTA. Miller said Leinart "threw maybe one poor ball in three days" of work and has done some things to earn the trust and respect of his teammates. They are also working on the details of his game. "We're working on pinpoint accuracy -- throwing the ball from the waist to the face mask, and he's getting there," Miller said, adding that Leinart got off to a good start.

I haven't "taken a chance" on Leinart in any prior year draft, even in last rounds when he was still available, but you have to think this is the "or get off the pot" year for him. Do you think Arizona will give him a season to see what he can do, and in that offense, it could turn up some stats? There's no way I would take him at QB12 where Maurile has him, but perhaps I would consider him this year somewhere in the QB20s, pairing with a late round pickup of Anderson. I , for one, would not be surprised to see Anderson win the job at some point. Somebody's going to need to throw the ball out there.

Another interesting thing about the 2006 draft is that every single quarterback was no longer with the team that drafted them 5 years later.
