I am surprised the ref called Cook down normally on a play like that they give them the TD then review it because now Minnesota lost 1 of their challenges.  They can get another challenge if they get the next one correct but they should never had to use one on that play.  So if they miss the next one they are done and it's the refs fault which makes no sense.
