Did my BIL get rolled in Vegas (1 Viewer)

In the Vegas thread, I let everyone know I was heading to Vegas for my brothers bachelor party.   20 guys in a giant house just off the strip...what could go wrong?

We went out as a group the first night there.  We had steaks and 3 hour open bar at Oscars, which overlooks Fremont St, and is part of the Golden Nugget. Gets a little hazy after that.

The next morning, while out by the pool, my nephew asked if anyone had seen his father(my BIL)  He wasn't in his room and didn't answer his phone.  We swam, drank, smoked, and didn't pay it much attention until he showed up at the house gates with a drunken story of how he was woken by the cleaning service to his 2 floor suite in the Golden Nugget.  He didn't know how he got there, and had no idea what happened after dinner.

Flash forward to a week later when my sister is asking if I knew anything....I told her the truth, he went missing.

Couple things he left out of his story to us

He lost his credit card

Venmod a large amount of cash to someone because he claimed his debt card wouldn't work at the ATM

Lost his Rolex

Seems pretty obvious what happened, but my sister is buying his story.....although, she was pretty pissed about the amount of cash he spent.

HE GOT ROLLED HARD

I'll hang up and listen

so was he was looking to gamble or maybe looking for some company...........

ETA - which one of you screwed with his drink?

Vegas - the city where you can get a happy ending if you pay a little extra.

Did he know the person he Venmoed to money to, prior to the trip?  Or did he Venmo it to someone he actually met in Vegas?

My buddy won big one night and partied with some ladies of the night.   Got blasted, when he woke up they were gone, along with everything in his wallet, they ransacked his suitcase, stole his watch , a gold chain his mom gave him, credit cards and all the cash he had.  They rang up a couple grand on his credit cards that he recovered.   The only good thing he was single and had nobody to explain anything to.

I thought getting rolled was like getting jumped, beat up and maybe robbed?  How much was the Venmo?  Losing his Rolex on top of that?  He must be rich, you're sister is a lucky lady.

But other than that I bet he had a great time.

It's called trick rolling. You take her back to your room, she puts some Visine in your drink, you're incapacitated (hospitalized if she uses too much). As you can imagine, it's rather under-reported.

Don't fall asleep with your paid company.  When your done, escort your escort to the door.  Safety first is my motto.
I doubt this guy was that naive, he was likely drugged.  It's gotta be hard on his son.  Sounds like he is old enough to know that a hooker took his Dad for everything.  Another reason why prostitution should be legalized.  Married men should be able to enjoy occasional strange without having to worry about getting drugged and robbed.

I don't know any of this first hand so I will go with your version.  All for people being able to pay and give services in what is wrongly classified as a free country.

I looked it up (sort of):

According to ABC, there is an urban legend that Visine consumption causes diarrhea. But the US National Institute of Health says that the poisoning is much more serious, able to cause health problems such as coma, tremors and seizures.

This does not sound good.

He was drugged by the friendly young lady he met who was sitting quietly by herself at the bar, playing video poker.

I vaguely recall my wife watching one of those Dateline, 20/20 or something about a lady who murdered her husband with Visine.
