Ok I'm completely ignorant on this topic so I'm asking for my own clarity. At what point during the pregnancy can a paternity test rule him out as the father? If it's within the first trimester, is that not ample time to get a divorce before she becomes pregnant again? What is the average length of time to get a divorce? He claims she became pregnant again immediately after having the child but I find that hard to believe. For most women, there would be a bit of a lag from the time a child is born to the time they conceive again.
Probably 10-12 weeks, but you can't make her do that - it's not free of risk to the fetus. Realistically, it will be once the baby is born;

At first I thought this was re: my ex-wife. After we separated and I moved out, she went hog-wild. Started going to swinging parties at north shore hotels and everything.
