I was sitting in bed the other night reading my new ESPN the mag and realized that the piece I was reading was by written by no other than Doug Drinen of footballguys.com.

Congrads to Doug Drinen.

Why would you want that gig? Everyone that winds up there seems to be hated about 6 weeks after they join. You know how brutal it is. You can get 10 things right but if you say one thing that blows up in your face, the viwers will turn it into a catch-phrase and brand you for life as idiots. I haven't seen an ability by the staff here to understand this concept in the small gathering that is these forums, I don't know if you guys could handle that sort of thing.

If you get a gig that big, criticism will always follow.As for handling the criticism, I think we can handle it just as much as we do in the Shark Pool from some of the sharpest FF players in the world. Seems like we're doing fine.Congrats to Doug and may Footballguys continue to grow.
