Draft before preseason? (1 Viewer)

Any leagues out there that do this? This year (more so than previous years for some reason) I felt like researching and scouting for sleepers before the draft was more or less a wasted effort. It occurred to me that drafting BEFORE preseason games begin would reward the more "hardcore" FFers who watch college tape of rookies, pay attention to happenings in training camp, and scour through footage on GameRewind, etc... or perhaps I'm just a dinosaur longing for the days before the internet ruined Fantasy Football.

I know some dynasty leagues that have their rookie drafts before the actual NFL draft, which is cool because it makes you do a lot of your own research on guys
