Duke was the #1 team in the country too (too lazy to look up the weeks at #1).I just think this comes up too predictably each year when a top team loses in the confrence tournament. The team was in the top 3 all year, and now they wouldn't deseve a #1 bid?

They lost to FSU, then NC and if they would have dropped their 3rd straight today to Miami, there would have been serious talks about someone else being more worthy. I don't necessarily agree with that, I was just responding to you comparing Connecticut to Duke in this case.
