Dynasty Value Discussion Thread (10 Viewers)

Really stumped as what to do with Jameson Williams. Would you trade out of him to get Shakir and Jaylin Noel?
I’d hold until he pops off with a big game then try to move him.

It’s what I’m planning to do with him in one league. I have Charbs and the KW guy has made inquiries. He has London & Rice, so I might try to package Charbs+Jamo+[TBD pick] for one of them.

But not until Jamo pops off. Which I think is inevitable.

The Lions haven’t really had a lot of contests where they had to chuck the ball around all Willy nilly. The one time they did Jamo had a good game.

It’s frustrating, but it feels a little flukey.

Yeah, that all makes sense about Jamo. I wasn’t crazy about either Shakir or Noel in the offer I got. But at same time there was some appeal to have 2 young WRs rather than 1.

Price check on Daniel Jones. TE+ league with contracts he currently has 2.
Depends on league settings. In SF, he's worth a mid 1st or better. In 1QB, probably closer to a high 2nd. But man, that guy is a league winner right now. Who knows if he can keep it up for the remainder of the season and onwards, but he's killing it right now. I dunno if I trade him away in Dynasty (SF or 1QB) without coming away with a young player with potential or a 27 draft pick. I just don't see the 2026 dart throws as worth giving him up.

I'm pulling for the guy given the crap he had to deal with in New York.

I am a serious contender and a non- contender offered to give up Hurts for my Daniels... I am very hesitant as I have Dak, but cant afford terrible games like Monday night..thoughts?
No brainer. Hurts is only 27 and should give you 5+ more years of high level dynasty production. Is Daniels the guy we saw last year or the guy we saw this year? Who knows and I'm not sure we'll ever know given his proclivity to injury.

I love Win Now deals, personally. That said, Hurts is only scoring 2 ppg more than Dak according to one of my leagues pretty generic scoring rules. What I’m really replying for is that I just said this weekend that Jayden Daniels is giving me RGIII vibes. Amazing athlete, throw and running, but getting banged up bad and I’m not sure how long he lasts at a high level. He makes me nervous is what I’m saying.

So I wouldn’t object to giving up Daniels for Hurts. Heck, maybe he’ll throw in something a little extra for his chance to roster the young phenom.

ETA: making the trade this week makes you also not have a bye week for Hurts for the rest of the way. Tiny factor but worth mentioning.

That's funny, because after offering it up, he pulled the deal saying Daniels gave him the RGIII feeling. :bored: Oh well. Brissett this week and Dak the rest of the year. All other non-contenders don't have good QBs with the exception of the Allen team, but his whole team is terrible other than Josh and won't deal him.

price check on Travis Kelce? i have a fairly strong team but not quite as strong as the top two teams. but get in the playoffs and anything can happen. my current TE is Hunter Henry and i do have Gunnar Helm on my rookie squad but I don't think he's ready for prime time. thinking either a 3rd or a 4th for Kelce. Keep in mind...I have basically no picks next year, already traded my 1st and 2nd in other deals.

I don’t think you’ll get him for a fourth or a late third. He still holds some value. Maybe a 2027 second?
Is his owner a contender?

I own as my 2nd/3rd TE so would trade him for a 2nd and no less

his owner went all in last year and traded basically all of their picks through 2027 and this year they are having **** luck and decided to sell.

I traded him a few weeks ago in FFPC 1.5 TEP for a guaranteed late second, probably 2.12.

I have Mahomes and have enjoyed that connection for years and maybe the return was a little light, maybe could have held out for a better second, especaily after some of his games he had after I traded him.

But I lost some key players to injuries, got 6 players on IR with only 3 IR spots, deep at TE, so decided to pull the plug and thought a side benefit of trading him is it would help my team lose and not make the playoffs naturally without tanking, which I'm extremely against. I'll be damned if my sorry team just keeps winning is the only thing that has given me second thoughts on the trade.

Not to get off track but I don't even understand my team. I've got some strong looking teams that are doing meh. This team makes no sense, Kamara and Walker are my top two RB's, Tre Tucker is my WR2, and I'm almost locked into a playoff spot right now and not even far off from seed 2 and for weeks I've just wanted to lose naturally.
