I won ours, I had first pick and I took LT with that pick.

I won a league last week picking 12th in a 12 man league. My first pick was Lamont Jordan 
and my second pick was Willie Parker.
I am in two championships this week. I picked 1st in an 8 man league (took Larry Johnson) and 11th in a 12 man league (took Steven Jackson and Ronnie Brown with my first two picks).

I'm surprised to see that Jackson fell to 12 in a couple of leagues. He went at 4 in my league letting Portis fall to me at 5 (pre injury, early draft) Oh well, I won the championship without a first rounder on my team for the whole season. Another league, 3rd pick LT, I am playing in the championship this weekend.

Picked 14th in a 14 team league. Voted 12 above.
I went WR/WR on the first turn (CJ/Smith), then QB/QB on the next turn (Palmer/Vick). Snagged Gore one pick after Addai, whom i preferred.

Winner of my league picked 10th and took Edge.

In our 10 team league, the winner (me) drafted in the 8th spot. I kicked the LJ owner to the curb in the second round of the playoffs, and crushed the LT owner in our Super Bowl. SJax turned out to be a monster pick with 1 PPR, second only to LT.

In my 3 leagues...#2 spot (took Alexander), #6 spot (took Tiki), #9 spot (took S. Jackson). We do a double-snake draft...the LT owner's finished 4th, 6th, 8th...14 team leagues...we start 9 guys...1-QB, RB, TE, K, ST/D, 2-WR and 2-Flex...any position with max of 3 RB, 4 WR, 2 of the others...our top 28 scorers consist of 6-QB, 8-RB, 10-WR, 2-ST/D and 2-TE...the last 4 years have had almost the exact outcome in regards to the top scorers...it doesn't matter where you draft in our league...it's who you draft...just how it should be...limit the luck factor as much as you can.

Only one championship in 3 leagues this year (was 2 for 2 in 2005). I drafted #11 in a 14 team yahoo league made up only of fellow FBGs.
Unfortunately this was the only league I play in that didn't carry any $$$

2 leagues, #1 and #4 got LT in both. #3 liked Tiki for some reason.
In 2 leagues that I played in....the #1 pick took LT and won it all rather easily...and in the other the #10 pick Steven Jackson won it even easier....but it wasn't the first round that won it...it was Westbrook in the 3rd, Driver in the 5th...Dayne as the ww pickup of the year when it counted.
