Of course we all know how the year wound up. This turned both the game and the year around.
Get these Monday to Friday snakes off this Godforsaken plane. What was A-rod saying to the pitcher? I couldn't hear it.
What happened to the guy taken out on the stretcher?Just watched that one again. This was a great brawl..not like the pansies of today.
Larry Herndon was kicking ###..Richie Hebner decked a guy. Sparky got knocked down.
I read or heard somewhere that Farnsworth trained for fighting. I saw a series of vids of his fights. If I were a player and he came after me, I would have been like that Japanese pitcher!
That was pitcher Dave Rozema, tried to do a flying karate kick which missed and tore all his knee ligaments. What happened to the guy taken out on the stretcher?
Huh. That seems like the foundation of the '93 Phillies.
That was pitcher Dave Rozema....he ran out of the dugout and tried to karate kick someone and tore his knee up.What happened to the guy taken out on the stretcher?
Who was that that Philly body slammed Strawberry?
This one gets my vote, I was at this game. I wish the video extended to when play resumed. Tim Raines homered right after the brawl and the building was shaking. Awesome game to be at.
I thought the announcers were funny, giving the proper etiquette for fighting - “we aren’t hockey players”.Tigers-White Sox have had some good ones. I couldn't find any Ed Farmer-Al Cowens footage, the first fight I remember seeing as a kid and was the start of a lifelong hatred of all Chicago sports teams. This one will have to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8cyHiccj8M
I love how Rob Fick is loving getting beer thrown on him when its all over. almost 12 minutes of fight footage from one game
I was there with a few friends, in the 4th row right behind the on deck circle where the whole thing happened. Best sporting event I ever attended in person, and that is saying something.Red Sox-Yankees from 2004.

Came here to win the thread with this link. I was 9 year-old Dr. Pepper Jr. Texas Ranger living in Arlington, TX, listening to the game live on the WBAP 820 with my Dad.
