Over the Edge is a classic. One of my longtime friends and I still joke around sometimes with a couple lines from this movie.

Such a great flick. Also very unknown. I really enjoyed that a lot.

I would say

Over The Edge

The Outsiders

There's Something About Mary

Wild Things

Those are the signature Dillion flicks.

I remember it being the first great teen rebellion movie of the time. It came out in '79, and I think all of us teens could relate to it in one way or another. Good music in it too with Cheap Trick, The Cars, The Ramones, Van Halen, etc.

First time I saw it was on cable tv in 1982. It was in rotation on an old premium channel called Spotlight. I was home sick for a week with strep throat and probably watched it 4 times in a week.

Definitely Drugstore Cowboy, but Beautiful Girls is a good one. Pretty funny in Something About Mary.

Of those listed, Little Darlings because my adolescent self had endless wood for Tatum O'Neil.

Beautiful Girls, easily.

Of those listed, I went with My Bodyguard because its the only one I've seen.
Ditto on both counts.
Watching Beautiful Girls right now. Hutton and Portman are carrying this half an hour in.
They are great in it. Can't stand Rosie O'Donnell, but her rant at the food mart is outstanding.
Well, that was an odd movie. Where did Uma go? Why was Portman the most appealing girl in the movie? So many questions...

Uma went back home to her boyfriend. As for Portman, Willie, the girl was a zygote when you were in the seventh grade.

So abrupt, everything. Plot gaps. I still thought it was good. I liked it, I just would have liked tighter writing, I guess.

I also thought it was Hutton and Portman's show from the beginning, though. She steals every scene she's in, for the most part. Good actor from almost infancy, really. Dang.

This on all counts.

Wait... Dillon gets O'Neil or McNichol?

Flamingo Kid is a good one too.

Dillon was like a ####### seagull/vulture in the NY nightlife scene in the late 80s- you leave your girflfriend for a second to get a drink or go to the bathroom and *poof* he'd swoop in.
