First thing. Apologies for my mistake and not asking you to file a regular ticket with customer service.This is a perfect example of why we are unable to do customer service on the Forums. It’s way too easy for things to slip through the cracks.
For anything in the future, please go to
www.footballguys.com/help andclick the “contact support“ button as that way a proper ticket will be filed that is trackable. And importantly, it t doesn’t depend on me staying on top of the Forums 24–7.
Secondly, sorry for the confusion on the answer.
My original answer to your post was that it would be later in May before this error was resolved as we are implementing a new design for some parts of the site that affect this.
Simon always tries to get things out faster if he can and he thought he could hear. But that is not the case.
He’s deep into work on that project plus several more, but will try to take a look at this as soon as he can possibly this week.
But it very likely may be something that’s not able to fix until next month. Apologies for the confusion, and I should have been more clear on delivering and answer that would be seen as bad news. Better to do that and be clear than have confusion.
