That is not how it went down, and I am getting tired of trying to correct the record as the above narrative is a mixture of truth and lies which keeps being repeated. The posts regarding my tweets were from people already on record as hating me and it was for the express purpose of getting me to cease posting entirely - it was not like they were giving me advice because they had my best interests in mind. And yes when someone tells me to delete my twitter account, the "toxic" squistion site account here, and and start over with an alias and a new identity after 14 years, I will respond rudely as I did.

It is really time to move on from this, but some people can't let go of their favorite chew toy.

I know nothing about your first paragraph.  I also don't know what people's intentions were but regardless they were giving you helpful advice and you were rude in response instead of taking precautions with your account/postings.  Again, you've been trolled here but you've done more than your share of trolling too.  But I don't really care just saying it might go away faster if you stop blaming everyone but yourself for everything.

 
Can we just convert the Basketball Forum to the Political Forum?  If not, can we all just agree to start posting political threads in there?  

Someone start this.  Go in there and post a thread about Trump, or Russia, or something else politicky.  Let's get this train rolling.

Not true. I took precautions that very day and deleted from my twitter account every re-tweet and like that I had also posted in this forum going back the previous six months - and have maintained that practice since then. However it was akin to locking the barn door after the horse was stolen as the account information was already in the hands of a few people who disseminated it here when they couldn't collect from CSTU and needed a scape goat for his bet welching.

Not true. I took precautions that very day and deleted from my twitter account every re-tweet and like that I had also posted in this forum going back the previous six months - and have maintained that practice since then. Everything in RW's post is true with the exception of responding rudely.  As far as I am aware you never addressed the posts I posted about you exposing yourself at all, much less rudely.  They were simply ignored.  I don't know if you ever responded to Willie N or not, but he was the other one who warned you about your posting, but it didn't seem to phase you.  And this was weeks prior to the whole CSTU fiasco.

I had you on ignore at the time, so I didn't see your comment. Willie has had a vendetta against me for years, accusing me of being the same poster as Tone1Loc and even going so far to falsely claim it was confirmed by two of the mods, a story which fell apart when he couldn't provide any link or verification. So given his history of antipathy towards me, I didn't take what he had to say seriously right away, but after looking into it, I became proactive later that day, but it was too little too late.

There's clear communication problem between the Trump guys and the anti-Trump guys.  They don't trust the same news sources, they use language (and smileys) differently, they have a ton of mistrust towards each other.  They see the world in just completely different ways.

It's a challenge but hopefully we can figure out a common language so that we can engage in real discussion.  I do see it happening sometimes, just not often enough.

Listen Willie is one of the better dudes on here. Straight up nice guy . I've seen you stalk me , make comments about my daughter when you were instructed to lay off etc. I'm not going to let you badmouth Willie without a rebuttal.

Asked a hypothetical question no different than Dukakis was asked in a presidential debate (and actually much milder) and you had your usual caps lock hissy fit.  Whatever. I really don't want to revisit that, but you keep bringing it up.

And I haven't stalked you, it has been the other way around with your inability to accept someone reposting something from social media, constantly referring to me as a tweetbot.

Kind of reminds me of the time you accused someone of saying something at :e: about you, then that poster said prove it, and you never could find a link.  Then you melted down and never would apologize.  Oh the irony...OH THE IRONY!

Vendetta for years? I didn't even notice the guy until he called me racist for making a joke about a debate audience getting free tacos if something happened over a certain number of times. He was a complete jerk to a lot of people leading up to the election in the political threads. He'd still be doing it if Hillary won and he hadn't been outed. He's since tone1d it down, I guess in an effort to salvage/change his image but I'm not fooled. The worst of the forum and not very bright either. Claims to be a progressive but when given the choice he chooses a flawed center-right candidate over the one true progressive in the race. People like him are the reason we're 11 days from the unthinkable. :cstu:

 
Another vote for squistion for the the absolute worst poster on this board.  He questioned a member who posted his ranking positions in the shark pool based upon their political leaning.  Horrible and he failed to support the one candidate who actually was a liberal on any ballot all in the name of a scoreboard win.  Pathetic.
