@krista4 - yes, I did watch 13 Tzameti the other night. Not sure if it will get into the points range for me, but I really enjoyed it. It's a little choppy and student-filmy, but it's also a good, ####ed up premise and the lead actor pulled me in. Also a quality ending. Thanks for the recommendation. Not quite as messed up, but it reminded me a little of my experience with Audition in that for the first 1/3 or so of the movie you are wondering WTF is going on, and then the crazy starts up.
I still have a couple the other foreign ones to get to as well, but so far Cache is leading the pack by a fair bit for foreign movies for this year.
Also, I had to laugh - as I was looking around and reading a little about 13 Tzameti after I watched it, I saw that (of course) there was an American remake of it. It stars Jason Statham and 50 Cent. I am sure you will be bumping that on up your queue...

Oh yeah, that'll definitely top my list.
I can see the "student-filmy" quality you mention on 13 Tzameti. IIRC it was two brothers who wrote/directed/starred in it. I need to see if they've done any movies after that one. Glad you enjoyed it!
I've watched two more since my last post:
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang -
by God why didn't anyone warn me about all the voiceover?!?!?! And it wasn't just regular voiceover, but the extra-irritating "talking directly to the audience members" #### where he would say things like "Have you, dear audience, figured this out yet?" or whatever. Even setting that aside, I don't think I would have liked this movie. I found the two leads charming (Downing Jr and some woman I've not seen before, but she was very good), and that's about all I liked about it. Really, in 2005, a character being gay leads to
that many lame joke attempts? Storyline was boring to me, didn't really hit the
noir vibe I'd hoped for, just a mess IMO. This was a big disappointment to me as I went in expecting a lot more out of this one.
Good Night, and Good Luck. - Meh. Very pretty cinematography, but I"m surprised at how they could take such a compelling story and make it so...yawn-inducing. Maybe a deeper focus on a few characters will have made it more interesting - as it was, I felt we got only the surface of everyone involved, even Murrow. Didn't get what made anyone in this movie tick. I was pleasantly surprised to find Patricia Clarkson in here, but she sure wasn't given much to do.
Oh, but Clarkson means that 2005 movies I've seen have hit my superfecta of lady crushes:
Patricia Clarkson - this movie
Catherine Keener - Capote
Emily Mortimer - Match Point
Hope Davis - The Matador
