Late to the board - late night, rough day.
FTR, I have small money on Washington State ML, backed up by some Washington State +3, NIT, just tipped off at MSG, more or less a 'rooting interest' play, nothing serious...
...I'm going to play Alabama pretty heavily, though. Currently stands at -2.5, I'm going to wait it out, hoping to get -2, but -3 doesn't worry me. Same deal, inside-out: bet the line, backed up by some ML.
It's unfortunate that this isn't the Championship Game, as these were the two Teams that generated the most controversy in regards to being 'Not Invited'. SEC is where I make the majority of my plays, and they are the Teams I know best. There's no question in my mind that the Crimson Tide at least deserved Georgia's bid to The Dance. They're definitely playing with the right 'show 'em' attitude right now. I can't deny Colorado is, as well, but 'bama is a deeper, tougher Team, and I think they have the size, length and defense to put the clamps on the Buffs Alec Burks. He's supposedly got NBA potential, but lately the in-game play-by-play guys have been commenting that he's not playing like it. While he's probably the most talented player on the floor, as I work my way through the rosters, I think there's a stark contrast in the supporting casts, which should lead to an Alabama victory by a small margin.
FWIW, I'm quite behind right now. I got my clock absolutely cleaned by VCU Sunday, played the Kansas ML. Unbelievable.
Good Luck!
