Sounds like I want some of this stuff.Arizona Ron said:Sounds like someone had a little too much DMT.
Sounds like one of the last things in the world I want to try. Have fun with that.I'm also saying there are parallel dimensions. As I type here on the couch I'm in one. There are layers. When you smoke deems you enter another dimension. It's not like "hey look at those trails". You are engulfed by a different dimension, physically, visually, mentally, auditorilly. It's honestly a safe drug. Inhale, hold, before you exhale fully you are transported into a state of consciousness complete with visions that is more intense that anything. But usually conscious enough to sit with friends and discuss what it is you are seeing. Watch The Spirit Molecule narrated by Joe Rogan on YouTube or Netflix...its mindblowing.
WTF, you're the second person in this thread to flippantly say they'd try it, like "whatevs". I'm pretty well read up on the stuff (bought and read Dr. Strassman's book before there was a documentary with Joe Rogan in it) and would be scared ####less to go on that voyage. Seriously, when I was really thinking about doing it (bought some canary reed seeds even) I was equating taking that hit with putting a gun to my head and pulling the trigger... because that's basically the trip you are about to go on if you are in anyway grounded in this reality. Don't let the 10 min duration fool you... you are going to experience a lifetime worth of material in that span. And it's not like you can walk it off and splash some water on your face and be cool.Evilgrin 72 said:Sounds more like salvia than it does Peyote, mescaline, LSD, or psilocybes (the closest things, apparently, that I've had actual experience with.) DMT is one of the most interesting chemicals on earth. No one goes nuts from DMT. a typical trip starts when I inhale and watch as my fingers grow and my skin turns to green scales. Then I am englufed by neon like lasers, all of which work in perfect geometric patterns. There is definite order to everything. For instance, if you look at the lawn in your back yard it will appear to be a bustling mechanical mini city made of gold. Complete with canals and building all geometrically perfect...just working like the inside of a fine watch. Then you may here a voice say "Mr Goat you're right where you're supposed to be, your life is an illusion, we are with you have always been with you and will always be with you." Then you may notice the sky is pink and yellow with spinning fractals and your skin has taken on the look of paint mixed with oil and water - swirling. Then you feel normal. You talk a walk through your neighborhood and everything had a fresh sheen to it. Hard drugs are the work of the devil while this stuff comes from the heavans...

I've never done a hallucinogenic and I'm too old to start trying them now.Sounds like I want some of this stuff.Arizona Ron said:Sounds like someone had a little too much DMT.![]()
I'm not a guy that's had a few Manhattans and toked a joint or two in college and is just deciding on a whim to give this a shot. I have very extensive experience with hallucinogens of various durations and intensities, I've just never come across this particular one.WTF, you're the second person in this thread to flippantly say they'd try it, like "whatevs". Sure, why not? i figured you were playing poker with the captain at the fish bar.I'm In Boston doing well,
I don't think the two are that comparable. Pretty easy to tell your mind what you're are seeing is not real when you know you are asleep.cstu said:Sure, why not? that wouldnt mesh with the fbg policy of instead bumping every ancient thread that's related to the topic and having a disjointed memorial. we cant have new threads around here.RIP fin.
Is there a FBG memorial thread? If not, there should be.
Wow. I almost didn't click on this thread.
Can someone repost what was on his FB wall?
I will always love you, man. You were a great friend and I so enjoyed your fantastic intellect, your wit, and your charm. You were seriously one of my favorite people ever and I will miss you, man. As horrible as you were to yourself you always tried to be so thoughtful of others. I have feared this for a very long time, so when I got the call I was not surprised. It is very sad to lose someone you love, but I know in my heart you are now at rest. You brought a lot of joy to many who knew you, Homie.
