Hillary will be ok debating a normal person. Trump isn't normal. He'll be all over the place with his rambling and hard to pin down on any specifics. He'll be throwing zingers, haymakers and lies all over the place. Hillary won't be equipped to deal with irrational arguments. The moderator has to be on their game or it will just be Trump steamrollering points without specifics. Hillary just needs to let Trump speak and say something awful. Bait him into getting angry and goad him constantly. She won't though. Playing it safe and conventional, which she will, will get her nowhere.

Holy ####. Did you really use the "like" to post ratio for some kind of ficticiois justification of some kind? Never thought I'd see something so childish but considering who you're voting for and the idiotic way he will debate on Monday, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

  1. I was joking about the like-to-post ratio.  Seriously?  You thought I was serious?  C'mon, Man!
  2. If you've been paying any attention you would realize that I'm not voting for Trump.  I've been quite clear about that for some time now.
  3. You need to lighten up.

To be fair, Mario has been around before we could like posts, so the ratio doesn't mean much. I have probably less than 2000 posts since I've been back though, and 629 likes.

Nah, Chauncey is a smarter guy, and he's not dishonest. The insipid nature of these posts in various threads, their utter humorlessness, all point towards dfsguy, who had other aliases even before that one. (jamesbrownkid). 

One of the great things about this forum is that there are very few actual trolls here. Of the ones who have shown up from time to time, this one is easily the worst.

Ratings are going to be thru the roof. Most watched debate IMO ever. Will break records. 

We have the best debates, the best people, the best media, the best words, it's going to be great. And there's going to be some bad things said about a few folks and believe me you're not gonna want to miss it. People ask me all the time what's going to happen and I say you'll have to watch. But I can tell you that a lot of bad things are going to be said about HRC, she's unfit and quite frankly she shouldn't even be running but tune in and you will be entertained, I promise you.

Not quite the same, CNN could host this thing on an empty set if they wanted to. And they should. The candidates should be heard discussing the issues, not seeking cheers from the partisans in the crowd.

 
Hillary rattling off the names of random Ambassadors in Armenia and Algeria or obscure Mideast military leaders will probably be enough for the media to crown her ###.  Hell making it through the entire debate without collapsing again will be enough.  The bar is incredibly low for her.
