I think with this lame RB year, it will make owners think about drafting a top QB in round 1. maybe a stud WR in round 2 and gamble with all the average RBs in the 3rd and 4th rounds.

I think w/all the average rb's and rbbc 's that makes a stronger case for grabbing a stud rb early.

the only qb that has really seperated himself from the pack is brady -- i wouldn't pick any other qb in round 1.

:kicksrock: I think the trend continues with elite QBs and WRs growing in value. Not only has the NFL become a passing league, but for fantasy purposes, more and more teams are using multiple RBs in a rotation. Only a handful of RBs that carry the load for their teams have managed to stay healthy all season thus far, further evidence that more teams may consider a RB rotation in the future.

If you and others keep calling him purple jesus... he is going to end up like Black Jesus (aka Marvin Lewis). :kicksrock:

PPR and he'll probably slip to the second round and really is a good second round pick. productive, reliable and/but consistent. He lacks the explosiveness and chance for a HUGE game like a first rounder should. The up side to him is he is there with a good game every week, just not always the best recognized by FF stats.I also saw Moss in there and if he is with Brady, I think he is a fantastic pick at around 1.9. If he is not with Brady, he wouldn't be worth a third rounder (probably even a 4th).

:goodposting: Judging from this mock, I'd love to score FWP in the second. Also I'm curious to see the Dallas rb situation if JJ moves on and they don't draft McFadden. If thats the case, I'd bump MBIII into the first.

I'm pretty sure they'll sign moss if they can, which is why I wonder if they can sign a top 5 pick.

although, they'd save big money on samuel if he goes.

w/o accounting for samuel and bruschi, it looks like maybe they have about 11 mil under the cap for moss and draft picks?

even using big bonuses it seems kind of tough to nail down moss and a top 5.

what's the 3-5 picks usually make?

I hate to split hairs, but is this the same Willie Parker I am thinking of? I know the TDs haven't been there this year, but I always thought he was a pretty damn explosive player with the ability to blow up any given game.

I am going to love it if the guys in my league are jumping all over Brady in round one next year, just as they did/do with Manning now. Brady has no place to go but down next year, folks. You don't break TD records annually.

Who was your #1 pick last year(this current year)? What about for next year?It wouldn't happen to be the guy who set the all time TD record and the guy that is on pace to shatter tons of rookie rushing records, would it?
