Footballguys & Fantasy Players Network (1 Viewer)

Footballguy
I've noticed that sometime since the 2007-2008 season ended the fantasy players network is listed at the top of the forums section. What is the relationship between footballguys and the fantasy players network? Did Footballguys sell the entire site or an interest to the Fantasy players network?

What does the relationship entail?

If footballguys is related to the fantasy players network can someone at FootballGuys speak with them about making the rest of their sites better. For example, get them to fix up fantasy auctioneer. The site has great appeal for members of Footballguys but the software and functionality is quite poor.

It just generates some ad revenue. Joe explains here:

http://forums.footballguys.com/forum/index...;hl=advertising

"Before something gets started, this is a deal for nothing more than advertising. Fantasyplayers.com has no ownership whatsoever in Footballguys. Zero. All we are doing is using their ad network to help us generate some money from advertising. There do own a few sites but the great majority of the sites in their network are just like us - using the network soley to sell ads."

Seriously - I've been working for an internet marketing firm for the last 7 months and most would be shocked and amazed at how much $ is involved in the buying and selling of internet traffic.

Point and case - look at the stock price for one share of Google
