Forte or McFadden... Who is more likely to return? (1 Viewer)

Pretty silly sounding... I realize

I'm in a national contest and doing pretty darn well. I need to decide which of these 2 guys to drop from my roster. Which of these guys has the best chance to play before the end of the regular season? Any insight appreciated.

If the Bears win Sunday and the Lions lose I could see Forte coming back next week but it's a long shot. There's no reason for the Raiders to bring back McFadden.

the Raiders are one game back right now with the Broncos facing the Patriots. they badly need McFadden for their last 2 games, they have all the reason in the world to rush him back

Nothing I've seen indicates he'll be back, and after weeks months of agonizing I finally put him on IR yesterday. Yes--that's a cya rather than just dropping him--but it's also throwing in the flag. I'm one who's thinking DMC is done for the year,

Matt Forte - RB - Bears

Matt Forte (MCL sprain) is still ''several weeks'' away from playing again, but said he would consider coming back on the field even if he's not 100 percent.

"A lot of people were speculating about Christmas Day [against the Packers] and things like that," Forte said. "But my mindset is, realistically, playoffs would be the only thing that I would really have my mind set on." The timetable for Forte was initially reported as ''up to a month,'' but he's looking like a longshot to return in the regular season. Marion Barber and Kahlil Bell will share carries against Seattle.

Neither, if I had to put money on it. What a bad year for stud RB's. Forte, McFadden, Charles, Jackson, Chris Johnson's slump, AP's injuries. People who invested in Hillis were screwed, although I never counted him as a stud.
