There is a burn ban in effect in much of the Texas hill country, buying a couple UV flashlights were a great idea that helped keep the kids entertained in the evenings. The picture does not do it justice how much they glow under UV light.

A skill everyone should have

They did it wrong. You need to scrape all of the toppings off of the bottom fold as you tuck the top fold in. It is difficult to explain but this keeps all of the insides of the burrito in the inside of the burrito where it belongs.

However, they did correctly spread the toppings evenly so that you would get a little bit of every topping in each bite. But it would still make for a messy burrito.
