At first blush I thought this was horrible but it wouldn't surprise me if a lot of players aren't in the same boat. But does this mean:
1) he only sometimes studies it and, hence, he can "sometimes figure it out"
or
2) he studies it every week but can only "sometimes figure it out"?
Neither scenario is too thrilling.
Roy also offered up this gem:
