:lmao: ok. Sorry you get constantly called out for your ridiculous comments. If you don't like that, start making some sense.

Why is Fox re-showing the Jets-Saints game?

8 straight 3 and outs in the first quarter?

Not surprising for Skins -- all 4 Skins possessions started inside their 20, with 2 inside the 10. Gibbs playing it conservatively. What is shocking is the ineffectiveness of the Seahawks to take advantage of excellent field position on all 4 of their possessions in the 1st quarter.

But the Skins defense is playing very well. Again conservatively with few blitzes to shut down the Seahawks running game.

I'm starting to wonder if the Skins are tipping off their rushing plays (not that they're very creative to begin with). Two times at the last moment the Seahawks LBs came up and told the DL to shift, and then a second later the Skins snapped the ball and ran right where the Seahawks shifted. Will be interesting to watch as the game develops. Also wonder how long the Seahawks keep SA on the sideline. Maybe Holmgren takes a page out of Shanahan's book and brings in SA to run some play-action.

Hey everyone. Please let's drop the argument about the fumbles thing. Obviously you guys aren't going to agree, but let's just be civil here. This is the game thread without the Patriots.

No more personal attacks, unless the Redskins OC is in this thread.

Skins D has been great for two years. I think the rain has something to do with this too.Wow, almost a huge INT by Rogers.

I go to the bar and watch all the games on Sundays with my buddy who is a huge Skins fan. He can accurately predict what kind of play they are going to run (run right, etc) over 50% of the time. The funny thing is, it seems that Gibbs doesn't really mind. He truly just does not want to lose the game on offense and not much more.

Hass with some showmanship sitting the ball down next to the defender.
Just like last week when Simms taunted the Skins defender as he was going out of bounds."We'll take the ball and we're gonna score!"....LOL, keep it up, Matt.

thought J. Stevens would be more involved.as well as the skins D has played, just don't think they have the horses on O to win this game.

I think this will be a modestly slow game overall - specifically in the 1st half. I'd say 10-7 Hawks at halftime. Then we might see some fireworks from Hasslebeck and DJax in the 3rd quarter. Skins get some late scores to make it interesting down the stretch, but for once, the Hawks defense saves the day. Final 24 - 20.
