Guy's bodyt was out of bounds when he batted it back in bounds, so it'd be a safety.

Actually, if you have possession of the ball, it can touch the ground before a football move, but the catch is not complete until that move is made. Here the football move was made, just after the ball may have touched the ground (but while in possession the whole time)
