love 'em or hate 'em, don't care, but he gets 10 style points on that TD run.He held the ball straight in the air at the 6 yard line before razzle dazzling his way in - might not be the best thing in the world to show up the Eagles D like that this early in the game.

How many quarterbacks could do what Vick just did? That was a great blitz, it totally beat the O line, and yet he beat two blitzers, completed a pass to his tight end, and then he runs it in for a score to boot. Even the haters have to give a man his due.

Win or lose, the Falcons clearly came to play tonight...they are really pumped up and flying all over the place. And I know that should be the norm for any team on opening day, but it clearly wasn't yesterday for some.

I wondered the same thing - it looked like spearing/leading with the helmet to me And on a QB in a vulnerable position, too - which is a situation in which the refs tend to OVER, not UNDER, react
