Just about every team is obviously guilty this year of it! All I can think is the negotiating delays was an excuse to tamper? Can anyone add any insight? Does anyone think the NFL will do anything about it?

Teams do this every year...how else do you think midnight deals get done? These are fairly complex contracts with lots of minutae tied to out clauses, performance incentives, bonuses, etc...and yet these deals get done within the first few hours of business.
