Thanks so much. When can you come down to get him?
Yeah, that's the thing.

I hope you can find him a great home.  If he's pure-bred, have you tried one of the rescues?  Looks like there are a lot of schnauzer-specific rescues in TX, no surprise.

I would like a schnauzer but in order to take this one I'd need him delivered plus you'd have to pay for my divorce and all future alimony / child support

Took a vacation day. Going to sit around doing ####-all while watching the Ryder Cup. :coffee:

It is a good fast food burger.

I have them about 2x per year when I am in SF or LA. I get very excited about those visits, but if there was one near me I might just eat it 4x a year.
This is the part of it I don't get.  People have different tastes, and if you're going to tell me your favorite fast food restaurant is In-N-Out, OK.  But the people who make it a must-stop when they're traveling and sport wood over the idea of getting to have In-N-Out are just mind-boggling.  I've lived a few miles from one for 11 years, and I've been there twice.  It's decent fast food.

I guess I like it more than you do.

A couple had been shopping at a grocery store, and the wife decided to steal a can of peaches. The inevitable happened and she was caught. Upon her court date, the judge asked her what she had stolen.

"Your Honor, I stole a can of peaches."

The judge replied, "How many peaches were in the can?"

She said, "Six."

The judge then said, "I will sentence you to six days in jail."

Her husband stood up behind her and replied, "Your Honor, she also stole a bag of rice".

That's actually how I've been subtracting large numbers for years.  It's not the "new way".  It's the instinctive way.
Said the guy who drinks from his shoe?

This was even funnier when I read the husband's dialogue as Steve Carrell doing his "Det. Michael Scarn! FBI!" schtick.

Eiffel Tower later?
We actually didn't do the hooker or the Eiffel tower. But we ran into a bunch of Australian hotties that like to hug alot.

We're heading back to the crime scene tonight to hopefully win more money and hug some chicks with nice racks and funny accents

I tried the cop/suspect roleplay with my wife but she's a white woman with a big rack so I let her go with just a warning.

Listen, Bob, we can agree it's not AMAZING!!!! but it's a damn good burger and nothing else is like it.  In the 13 years I've lived in L.A. I could count on two hands the number of other fast food places I've been to.  Only those because there wasn't an In N Out around and there were no other food options.

it's what men are expected to do when dealing with their spouses. at least that's what i've gleaned over the years listening to other people talk.

wives are right, men should just shut their mouths, keep their heads down and make sure their spouses are happy

"happy wife, happy life!", amirite?
This reminds me of a time back quite a few years, 25 or so.... I was helping my buddy and his fairly new wife move into a new house. They had a waterbed and we were setting it up. He started filling it and she told him to use warm water so they could maybe sleep in it that night. About 30 mins later she either asked or felt the bed and said " Why are you using hot water?, You'll use it up, just use the cold water"

He looks at her and says, "Yea, you're right, my bad" I looked at him like  ...... He's like, eh it's not worth it.

I get it now, but still.......

in and out have pretty good burgers.  way better then jack, mcd's etc.  and they are similarly priced.  the five guy type places aren't that much better(some are worse) and  are twice as expensive, if not more.

Is In-&-Out Burger a West Coast thing? I've heard of it (probably here), but have never seen one.

By the way, Happy Weekend!
Mostly California but some Arizona and Nevada as well.  It hasn't gotten to Washington, which makes it look pretty good when you see it.

We have some places in Washington that are similar and maybe even better, but they tend to only have one or two locations and can be hit or miss.  You're going to get the same food every time at any In n Out.

Of course, In n Out fries have the consistency and taste of salty sponge strips.

Do they still have the bible verse deals at the bottom of the fry containers?

Never bothered to check the one time I went to In 'n Out in Nevada.  Recall that being a thing a while back when I frequented one in Cali back in the '90s.

Texas, Oregon and Utah also......

This is at least the sixth in and out discussion I've read in the FDA. They're all the same. A few wc lovers. Many visiting the wc lovers who must go whenever they cross the Mississippi. Consensus is they are solid, but hardly anyone thinks they're particularly special, despite being good value. They are mainly on the west coast but expanding westward.

Well, since you brought up birthdays, my wife really is the best.  Despite a minor meltdown wherein I had to talk her down off the ledge, for my birthday she bought me a few of my favorite things.  Came home to cigars, pickled quail eggs, sardines in olive oil, luxardo cherries, Beef jerky and scotch.  She's a ####### keeper.

Happy birfday Tanner!!!  And Krista, too!!!
Thanks man.  Worked today and then married some people.  Chilling outside with some music, some stupid dogs, crappy store brand whiskey mixed with crappy energy drank (don't judge), and waiting for wife to get off work.  I'm hoping for a futile and listless handy.
