Yup. These are great.don't drink booze.
don't eat after 7 PM.
get 30-60 minutes of continuous exercise in during the day.
turn off the tv/tablet/phone before you get in bed.
get your room temp regulated so that you aren't sweating or shivering in bed.
don't drink caffeine after noon.
that's a start. turning your brain off if you have anxiety or something... i don't have any suggestions for that.
I would add 2 more:
-Make the room as dark as possible. If you have to, use a sleep mask. And if noise bothers you at all, either wear earplugs or get a white noise machine
-Routine is your friend. Try to go to bed and wake up at the exact same times every day. Your body will adapt and expect it over time, making it easier to both fall asleep and wake up.
