Mr. YSR is pretty sure he can dive into pools better than you can.

Even with training, it can be dangerous. In high school, a local news team came to our swim team practice to interview someone for "Scholar Athlete of the Week" or some such. After the interviews the cameraman told us to goof off for some action shots. I attempted something called a squirrel dive and cracked my head open on the bottom of the pool. I was fine. Nothing broken and I only needed 8 stitches but damn that was a scary moment when everything went white for a second. I can't imagine how SLB and his family are right now.

Yeah I was playing it cool the whole time, gotta be me right? I couldn't barely see when I got out of the pool and was covered in blood. was still making jokes though trying to keep everybody calm. hell the guy in the ambulance starts asking me advice on his career. LMFAO I wanted to sleep so badly that seemed like a bad plan so I needed to keep talking and listening. The doctor was shocked I have a broken neck by the way I was acting. My wife and kids are a little hysterical right now.

Jesus. Glad this didn't turn out much, much worse.

Good thing I have a hard head. Spine held up all things considered.

Made it through to the second round. I actually hadn't thought it went all that well. I'm checking in to make sure our GBSLB is not dead, due to having received his text. Miss this thread for a couple of days and one of us has broken his face. :(
