GM's thread about nothing (32 Viewers)

You know I've lurked this thread a long time and never really joined in because I wasn't sure if it was open to newcomers, or whether I'd have anything to contribute. So thanks for the last few pages, which have opened the door for me. It's kind of like a gym or country club waiving the initiation fee for a couple of weeks.
Just say dumb things and tell funny stories, if you have one.

but be concise. like really concise. don't use too many words or ramble or keep going on and on and on. if you do, you might be branded as "tl;dr" guy. you don't want to be that guy. so keep it brief. ok?

Skinny ties.... how do we feel about these? Yay or nay? Or just gay?
Thanks for all the great input on this. It really helped. No answers to this question, but 3 pages of guesses about which obscure baseball player Whitey's kid found in a pack of baseball cards???? Bunch of jerks. I'm going to the Fashion Thread with Shuke.
You want fashion advice from people who wear cat shirts, Reese's shirts, backwards hats and life sized Yao Ming jerseys?

All I wear are narrow ties. Regular width ties are jorts and Hypercolor shirts in my world.

No, one of the brothers who solved mysteries. The other brother was Steve Hardy, who went into comedy I believe.

Good point. Btw.... Is your epic "Yao Ming" shot video still available or did you Thorn that?

Who said this thread was great?
Booger Smoot
Fred's brother?
Had to go to Lindsay Hunter's business once. He tricked out cars. Huge building, lots of employees but only about 4 cars in it. I guess that is what an overpaid basketball player does in retirement. In any event Fred Smoot had delivered his Escalade there for work. Naugahyde headliner and door inserts. Thing smelled of pot and cologne. It was shortly after the Love Boat scandal in Minnesota. Burn holes in the leather, party store receipts strewn everywhere along with licorice. It was a sight to behold.

I mostly just post when I'm drunk and then have to re-read the thread the next day.

Try 60-80 for lunch of hamburgers for 4.
Wow. I will never. Ever. Not ever go there. Also, Dave & Busters can suck it. Not on the same scale of monetary rape as Disney, but jesus hillbilly christ, that place is WAY too expensive for what goes on inside.

Now the Henry Ford Museum...worth every Yankee Dime, I tells you.
Better to support Nazism than racism.
