GM's thread about nothing (22 Viewers)

I'm totally in love with the wife from The League.
She's Pete's wife IRL, actually true. No, really she is.

I have an hour to drink myself into a coma. I've been running since 8am this morning. I'm probably 15 beers deep (only since about 11am) and feel nothing

The party was a success but Charles didn't eat his cake. It's probably my fault because the dinner took longer than expected so he was pretty much done with everything and went to bed a bit later. We're going to jam cake into his face tomorrow and see how he does.

I've got a sinus infection but I might do an unfunny shot video in a little bit.

Longhorns fill me with the urge to defecate. We spend too much money for results like that. The plane should have left Provo long ago. Let them call their mommas.

Also, drrrrnk

Will be in vegas next weekend. Can't wait to be the Oregon/UT over no matter what it is :excited:

That game is on the same time as Bama/A&M. Gonna be a great weeken

Ok, so I'm rambling around the internet tonight and I found a story about a local, tenured community college professor who's "seeking (inpatient psych) treatment" because he sexted with a porn star about having live sex in front of his "Navigating Pornography" class. Turns out this guy's confessed to having sex with his students in the past, and he previously wrote about killing his girlfriend years ago in a murder-suicide (which he blamed on drugs). The school not only didn't terminate him for that, it included him on the team that wrote the manual on sexual harrassment on campus. :lmao:

, who not only manages to make sex boring in his attack on this professor (while holding a cigarillo  ), but who has also apparently put out over 1000 videos (presumably Maoist), including some where he's dressed as Fidel Castro. I love the internet.

Then I find this appearance he made on Ricki Lake.

Now THAT'S a Saturday night!

This is pretty much completely inaudible, but I think you get the point. Here's my taunting video for the bentley/Abe magic football showdown this week.

YOU SAID 69!!!!!111LOLOLOL

I'm spending time with Martes the dog and trying to figure out what to do with him.
I'd say to bring him back with you, but with the language barrier and everything...
He's coming back with us, now or later. I have to figure this out. He's not even a really "cute" dog, compared to most, but he chose us so I can't turn him away.

Tonight was a night that made me think I could live here... We have a friend named Andy who is a Canadian ex-pat, one of the only really awesome people we know here. Tonight we had to tell him we were leaving, second only to telling Julio in terms of how bad it would be. He really doesn't like anyone here or hang with anyone except us, and he spends a lot of time cultivating our friendship. We went to his house and hung out in front, where people are coming by all the time and his wife is cooking them food, just a really nice night. But the best part was he was playing music and somehow we got into a "one from you, one from me" competition to introduce something we thought the other would like. So we introduced him, and Nicaragua, to Nick Drake, Townes Van Zandt, Buena Vista Social Club, Big Star and the verrrrry best of Stax including my favorite, Otis Redding doing "Down in the Valley" and original version of "Respect".

I think 95% of my best nights involve sharing music with someone. Haven't had the chance in a while and this was fantastic.

Still moving. :)

You gave him food. Not much of a choice, really.

Are you going to give the dog language lessons to help with the transition?

Flights booked, vet paperwork underway (again), coming back to US Sept. 20 and 22.
"Do you have anything to declare?"

"Yeah, don't move to Nicaragua."
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

It's been an experience. Part of the reason I wish to move back is that, many of things I love here are things I would learn to hate (or on the verge of hating already). I want those things to continue to be delightful and charming to me.
You're coming back alone?

Oh, and Joey Harrington found something else he sucks at.
Ease up. I thought he was better than fine. You'd like him. Dude likes beers, hot chicks and fart jokes. Maybe I'll get him into the GMTAN. Pisses me off that he gets the big giant bust label when the guy drafted in front of him gets a complete pass. Total bs.

Mornin' folks
:hey: You'll find it not surprising that there are fireworks being set off here right now.
Love it!

You wrote yesterday about your ex-pat friend. Have you met one named Bill? I was sitting on the stoop one day when he walked by. He was going to the grocery store, so I tagged along to get some beer (because the 50 beers in the fridge, bottle of Jack, and 1/5 of Tequila weren't enough). He seemed nice enough. He might be late 50s/early 60s.
