GM's thread about nothing (25 Viewers)

Some good news, Cal has been doing great the last month or so. He has been so much fun to be around. He's back to his old self.

I picked him up from school this afternoon for a visit with his shrink when he pulled out his graded test papers. He had 4-100%, a 92% and an 80% in various subjects.

His shrink said she didn't see any reason to keep seeing him which is very cool. My experience with a lot of people in this profession is that you should never, ever, stop seeing them. So we are on a call as needed basis.

When we got home, I beat Cal silly with a bottle of Tide for that 80% though. Don't want him to think I'm going soft.
Great news GB! Glad some good things are happening in the GMTAN!

We also, finally, watched the first two episodes of Breaking Bad last night. Pretty good but somewhat predictable.
:lmao:

Yes, now that you've heard pretty much what happens the entire series, it is all going to seem "predictable".
I don't anything about it other that the premise of the show.

Watched episodes 3 & 4 last night, it was a lot less predictable and really intense. I shouldn't be watching this right before bed.

:finger: to YSR & Uni for liking this post too.

Went to the visitation tonight for my buddy's daughter. What a horrible, surreal scene. The mother sat next the casket the entire time, stroking the girls head, and was (understandably) a complete mess. My buddy seemed very touched that 6 of us made the drive, although it's only a couple hours. They were divorced and the daughter was living with him and he has no idea what prompted this. The hardest part for me was that all around the funeral home were hundreds and hundreds of pictures of her smiling and looking very happy.

No thoprawishes need for me, thanks, but if you are the praying type please keep the family in your thoughts as they have three other kids they need to be strong for.
:(

Way to be a good friend.

I'm trying GB, I'm trying. Just got a very good phone call too. Was told not to worry about the thirty grand I owe somebody. This makes me happy.

TPW for that poor family, I can't even imagine.

That's a whole lot of stress relief there too!

:hifive: We're headed there for spring break. Don't miss the Raytheon attraction at Epcot. FYI, I'll probably only like the pictures of them with the princesses. No offense.

Finished Car 54...going to check out "The Fall Guy" next.
Fall Guy is good but it's no Simon & Simon
Second best helicopter of all time next to Airwolf.
I like the one from Jaws 2.
1. Blue Thunder

2. Airwolf

3. Magnum, PI

4. Simon & Simon
What about the Jurassic Park one?
I guess I've never merged my TV and movie lists.

I'm generally not a big fan of Vines but this one works for me for some reason
Wow
Wow indeed. I actually follow her on twitter, mainly just for her Avatar pics. There is one of her in front of a tractor that is amazing, but I haven't seen it in months. She has some kind of Ranger/Ticket connection I think.
She appears to be having good luck with her bottom.
Her bottom is better than her up-tops. And her up-tops are pretty spectacular.

You guys use all three powerups right? I had someone tell me once that was "cheating", which I thought was bizarre.

I typically do vision with two inspirations.
