GM's thread about nothing (52 Viewers)

So we bought the cheapest mouse traps possible (4 for $1.77) and went with the peanut butter idea. Sure enough, one of the traps was missing the peanut butter but never sprung, because they are such cheap pieces of crap. The other two were untouched, and I say other two because one of them doesn't work because the little metal bar thingy isn't long enough to set the trap. And the one the stupid mouse went after didn't work either because the metal bar was too long and I guess the stupid mouse didn't weight enough to trigger it. So now I have two working taps, all set to go. Hopefully I get a call today about a dead mouse.

5-1, +1.65 on props tonight with three to go.
Yours: 7-2.Mine: 4-0 (3.3 units)Good night.Take Josh Willingham off of your ####### enemies list or you might as well put me on there too.
Done. I did win a bet against him finally recently after being like 0-4, so I guess I can let him slide. And we finished +2.15 last night, despite Cody Ross breaking GM's little albino heart.

A conversation I just had with my mother...

Her: Do you know when Bill's first soccer game is yet?

Me: No, not yet.

Her: Well do you have the schedule?

Me: No, I don't have the schedule yet.

Her: Well are the games on Saturday or Sunday?

Me:

Her: Hello?

Me: I don't have the schedule yet.

Her: You're the coach and you don't know the schedule?

Me: All I did was submit the registration forms. I don't even know if I'll be a coach yet. When I know, you'll know.

Her: I'll let you go b/c you sound crabby.

Me: :wall: :wall:

I had a hand in this. :bowtie:
explainI was actually mildly perturbed when this happened. I had turned down a couple other options that night (one included an attractive girl) and we had planned on going to one of my favorite places (Nays). :sadbanana:
Nye's?
eah, Nye's. Can never remember how to spell it and I'm not even going to try Polanaise.

You turned down a hot chick.....for Pickles? Really? He looks like Ellen Travolta and talks about topics you wouldn't understand. Why would you break a date for that?
I did not break a date. I had set up to meet up with Pickles like the day prior. Late the afternoon the day off the girl called to see what I was doing. I already had plans. As I mentioned I think it's messed up to break already set plans. It worked out though, still bedded a few days later if I remember correctly.

Man, you guys really really REALLY don't like the woz. Damn.
No kidding :sadbanana:I'm now slightly torn between shticking it up in here just upset the people I never intended to upset, or leaving. I was just checking the thread out when I saw myself called out and responded, so never came in here with any alleged ill intention. I'm sure I'll choose the latter.

what can i add to an egg sandwhich that wont compromise the healthiness of the meal?
spinach
:goodposting: Spinach is highly underrated. I keep forgetting it's an option at Subway, so easy to go shredded lettuce but if my memory kicks in in time, I go spinach and things get wonderful.
:goodposting: x 1000.Those Subway f'ers reflexively reach for the lettuce, and I'm always like "Ah ah ah!" Spinach is great. Also a good basis for a salad.

Spinach, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella cheese is a good combo on almost anything.

I laughed, and I've seen it before.

So my professor gave me five sealed letters of recommendation and I opened one so that I could scan it online. Holy ####, I couldn't write that highly about myself if you paid me. Why do people still request references and letters of recommendation nowadays?
