GB the ####### Packers
:goodposting:Talked the old lady into going to the bar for the Packer game and Brewer debacle. She was worried about spending money. She said let's just get a pizza and flip between the 2 games.I said, let's just eat the leftovers we already have and walk to the bar. It will be a wash.2 pitchers, 2 bottles of beer, 1 mixer and 2 shots = $15 (+$5 tip)Our normal pizza order = ~$25Who wins with MOP math?

sitting in the north central ga mountains (hills) just a stones throw from jasper. it is our draft weekend. golf friday/saturday. draft on saturday night. out on the porch drinking some b&b and smoking a nice cigar. everyone else is down for the night... sleeping on the porch (like always). hoping the clouds blow in - just like last time we were here. there is nothing like sleeping outisde and having clouds wafting over you...

much beer and steak in the future...

chilling with a little iron&wine... sleep is not near...

and i brought my own fraking tv - the only hd that has sound that works... the house tv has a nice picture but no sound...

direct tv/nfl ticket - can''t beat it.... (also brought my own direct boxes)...

it will be a glorious weekend...

So, I was reviewing my team for the FBG subscribers contest. Looks like I'm in good shape this year.

That Gerrard fellow from Jacksonville that was just cut in on my team.

As is this Avery guy from St Louis who appears is on bye's all year long....

And, I wonder how good an idea it was to have all four of my starting running backs on bye week 5

yep, :shark:

Can I just give you the money next time?
I lost 3 of 4 prop bets but Rodgers and the Pack bailed me out
Payton bailed you out. That was terrible.
that interference call was awful
Really? I thought it was pretty much spot on. Hawk was definitely going after the ball, but he just completely raped Sproles in the process.

What is a good thank you gift for my paralegal? She's been pulling double duty since the other one quit a couple weeks ago and it looks like it's going to be another 2-4 weeks before we can get her more help.

Benedryl = you will sleep like a god, and wake up like an alcoholic bum in a dumpster.

I'm drinking the cold coffee made by my wife at 6am to pop some sudafed.

It's like I'm doing a nerd speedball or something. :loco:

I can't find any pictures or videos of the play, other than this one which doesn't prove anything. I just remember Hawk grabbing him around the waist and jumping over him as Sproles was was slowing down for the catch. It really makes no difference for me and I had no dog in the fight. Fun last few minutes though.

Obama just signed a disaster relief declaration for my area.

Great! That means FEMA will be coming to town.

Thanks but no thanks?

Kev> I'm sorry, but I'm siding with Aaron and sanity on this one. That was a hell of a great play by Hawk -an amazing play, really- and the refs screwed him over it.

I was rooting for the Saints, btw.

Book of coupons for free hugs.

What are you going with?

Listening to SomaFM's Covers station this morning. As I go over whatever piece of paper is in front of me, I found myself air drumming to Def Leppard's cover of Rebel Rebel.

Halfway throug the song I caught, reprimanded and corrected myself. I finished the song air drumming with only one arm and double the foot petal action.

Spa day with massage
cold, hard cash.
Actually, both is probably the best answer. The spa day shows appreciation for her hard work as a person you care about, the money shows appreciation for her as a worker.

I had a bag of Skittles with my lunch. I eat a bag the same way everytime. Open it up completely, letting all the Skittles lay available on my desk. I don't seperate them into colors, but I eat them one at a time: all the yellow, then all the green, then all the red, then all the purple, then all the orange.

I might have issues.

I do the same with M&Ms, except that I group them into pairs based on color. I then eat them pair by pair, so that my back teeth are getting an equal amount of sugar. Then, I have the scraps. It's tough, but I make it through.
